Habitat and Walking Trails

If you’ve walked the trail using the trail map (Click Here for a printable map!), you’ve also seen the “Habitat Being Created Here” signs we’ve placed near every fallen tree. Bellefield leaves these trees in place to create more habitat — Learn more about this special environment and how Bellefield maintains it by checking out our Vegetation Management Plan. It’s our promise to be good stewards of this slough landscape.

Campus Communal Firepit

The fire pit at Cafe Overlook Park is available for early Spring afternoons – let us know if you need it lit for your gathering! All the outdoor parks have free wifi so if you want a brisk work session outside, there’s no password needed! Enjoy your Spring and Summer!

All the Bellefield pocket park toy boxes will be reappearing in June.  Badmitton, basketball, cornhole, jenga, croquet and bocce ball will all available again for tenants to play with this Spring and Summer. 


During these darker, wetter months, we ask all Tenants to please slow down and keep the speed limit in the Park to 15 miles per hour.

DO NOT cut through parking lots to avoid traffic on the main drive lane as this creates unsafe conditions for pedestrians. We ask our Tenants to report violators to the management office at 425-289-4900 so we can keep the Park a safe place for all tenants and visitors.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with ChargePoint to install electric vehicle charging stations at the Mercer Canal building! We have installed 4 Level II units and 1 DC Fast Charger. Charging is FREE for Bellefield Office Park tenants when you enter the property management provided connection code into the ChargePoint network. Before your first charging session, contact Property Management and we will send you the connection code to request free charging access.

Meeting and Training Rooms

Host your next board meeting, presentation or training session in  Bellefield’s Conference Center located in the Conifer Building, 1st Floor.  BOOK YOUR ROOM 

This tenant amenity is newly improved featuring on-line reservations, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and sleek modular furniture.
