Bellefield warmly welcomes Trufant Auto Detail with on-site service this summer.  Bellefield tenants receive a 10% discount on services when they book  their car or truck for this exceptional and personal service. Click on this link and go to the Conifer Building Salon link to book a package. If you need a premium detail, Trufant Auto Detail will pick your car up, take it to their Bellevue Salon and drop it back off by 5 pm. Now you can use the same service the Mariners and Seahawks use !

Bike Around Campus

Our Bike share program has now opened for the summer!

Our fleet of bikes are ready and can be borrowed by Bellefield tenants (only) between the hours of 9 and 4 pm M-F.

Just fill out this application and send it in to Property Management at

When you’re ready to get out on the trails, just give us a call at 425-289-4900 to let us know which bike you’d like to borrow, grab a helmet and we’ll give you the combo as long as you have an application on file.

Campus Construction Updates

Ongoing asphalt repairs are taking place in the parking lots and drive lanes near the Maplewood, Arbor and Woodridge buildings.

We will be re-striping the Glu, Conifer, Madrona, Madrona Garage, Conf Center parking lots and the Gateway 112 Visitor parking stalls on June 17th. Please be sure your cars are removed from these areas on Saturday June 17-Sunday June 18th.

Please call the Property Management office if you have any questions about these important campus infrastructure projects.

Kayaking & Paddleboarding

Our Boat Share program has now opened for the summer!

Our Kayaks and Paddleboards are ready and can be borrowed by Bellefield tenants (only) between the hours of 9 and 4 pm M-F.

Transportation & Parking

An important reminder to all Bellefield tenants to post your Bellefield-issued Parking Permit in plain sight in your vehicle to avoid being ticketed. IMPARK has been retained to help us support our parking rules and regulations. Bellefield tenants must avoid parking in 2-hour Visitor stalls, parking over the stall lines or in disabled parking stalls and park in the lot allocated to your building. Thank you for your cooperation!

Outdoor Lawn Games

Our Dayporters have all the Bellefield pocket parks replenished with outdoor game  and lawn activity equipment. You can now play corn hole, jenga, frisbee and bocce! Each pocket park offers free wifi! (no password needed) and all we ask is that you return the equipment ot the toy boxes when you are through playing outside!

Electric Vehicle Charging

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with ChargePoint to install electric vehicle charging stations at the Mercer Canal building! We have installed 4 Level II units and 1 DC Fast Charger. Charging is FREE for Bellefield Office Park tenants when you enter the property management provided connection code into the ChargePoint network. Before your first charging session, contact Property Management and we will send you the connection code to request free charging access.

Host your next board meeting, presentation or training session in  Bellefield’s Conference Center located in the Conifer Building, 1st Floor.  BOOK YOUR ROOM 

This tenant amenity is newly improved featuring on-line reservations, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and sleek modular furniture. Training was held in September and we now have 36 more Safety contacts and Floor wardens trained at Bellefield! If you have any questions or would like to become a Floor Warden in your building, please call us in the Management Office at 425-289-4900  so we can get you all set up with system access and a fashionable bright safety orange vest!
