Fitness Classes with ZenRock
Looking to stay active during the workweek?
Join us every Thursday at 4:00 PM in the Conifer Fitness Center for a complimentary fitness class hosted by ZenRock Fitness.
Classes rotate monthly and include yoga, strength training, core and stability, and cardio-focused workouts designed for all fitness levels.

The Fitness Center
The Bellefield Fitness Center, located in the Conifer Building,
is available to all authorized tenants during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 5AM – 8PM | Saturday: 8AM – 5PM
Closed Sundays & Holidays
Before using the facility, please review the Fitness Center & Locker Room Rules to help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.
Complete the Fitness Center Waiver , then email the signed form to Gabbie (gwhite@talon-m.com) to request access.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your access request to be processed.
Conference Rooms
Host your next board meeting, presentation, training session, or team gathering in one of Bellefield’s Conference Rooms, conveniently located in the Conifer Building.
Rooms feature: easy online reservations, Blue Sky audiovisual equipment, and sleek modular furniture.
To ensure a smooth experience, please allow 30 minutes between reservations for room setup and equipment testing prior to the start of your meeting.

You may notice the “Habitat Being Created Here” signs located near fallen trees. These trees are intentionally left in place to create valuable wildlife habitat and support the natural ecosystem surrounding the slough.
